The tropical gardens leading down to the beach are a vivid spectacle, with birds and iguanas keeping things lively. The large balcony offered a fantastic view of the beach and the Caribbean Sea, which added a nice touch to our room experience.
The maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. The pool area felt neglected, with dead plants and cracked paving. Our room had no towels initially, and the shower fixture was broken, spraying water everywhere. We also noticed a lack of privacy in the bathroom setup, as there’s no actual door, just a partition. The evening dining options were decent but sometimes confusing, with poorly labeled hot food. While the price seemed good, the amenities felt more like those of a lower-rated establishment.

Had a great time with my friends at this stylish retreat. The beach access was amazing, and we enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling. Relaxing by the pools surrounded by tropical gardens was the highlight. Don't miss the public beach nearby—it's stunning!
The dining options left a lot to be desired. our meals were disappointingly bland, and we should have brought snacks.

The Bay de Luxe room was spacious and very clean, with a comfy bed that felt just right after a long day. I loved the large balcony with a decent sea view, which added a nice vibe to the stay. Though the air conditioning worked well, the bathroom was a bit basic and not super luxurious. Still, I felt relaxed and at home during my two nights here.

great room but poor dining options
The room was well-decorated and comfortable with two complimentary bottles of water. The balcony offered a pleasant spot to sit and enjoy the breeze. The toiletries provided, like shampoo and body lotion, were a nice touch. I particularly enjoyed the sea view that made my stay more relaxing.
The dining options were limited and did not meet my expectations.

missingWrote a review on 19 Marattentive staffpeaceful environmentlimited food choicesmisleading all-inclusiveaccessibility issues
The service was excellent, with staff going above and beyond, especially Sheena at reception, who was instrumental in making arrangements for tours and ensuring our needs were met. the claim of being an all-inclusive resort is misleading. the limited food choices and low-quality beverages were disappointing. The quiet location provides a peaceful environment for couples, but the numerous steps to reach amenities may not suit families or those with mobility issues.
